Accurate Profile is a highly automated fully equipped engineering workshop that operates in two adjacent sites of over 6000mē

The company uses the latest technology and automated systems to be specialists in fine tolerance roll forming, bending, together with in line laser welding and punching. There is the capability to supply complete complex metal fabrication projects. The company also performs spot, stud and projection welding as well as metal stamping and pressed components.

Further automation processes include in line robotic welding and packing as well as high speed cutting services.

Accurate Profile provides solutions to customers needs including design and works closely from the earliest stage of inception and development right through to the finished project. The company uses latest 3D CAD software as an integral part of their solutions and services.

Accurate Profile is a Tier 1 Supplier to the Australian Automotive Manufacturing Sector for current and future models and this business relationship dates back to the late 1950's.

Whilst automotive holds the majority of the company's industry break percentage, the diverse nature has allowed Accurate Profile to perform strongly in the domestic and building sector The company also has a long history of over 50 years in working with and supplying to major customers in the HVAC sector.
